본 이용약관(이하 "본 약관")은 맵앤필터 주식회사(MapAndFilter Inc., 이하 "당사")가 운영하는 Trox 모바일 애플리케이션(이하 "본 앱") 이용에 적용됩니다. 본 앱을 이용함으로써 사용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trox mobile application (the "App"), operated by MapAndFilter Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
本利用規約(以下「本規約」)は、MapAndFilter Inc.(以下「当社」)が運営するモバイルアプリケーション Trox(以下「本アプリ」)の利用に適用されます。本アプリを利用することにより、お客様は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本《服务条款》(以下简称"本条款")适用于由 MapAndFilter Inc.(以下简称"我们")运营的移动应用 Trox(以下简称"本应用")的使用。使用本应用即视为您同意本条款。
Estos Términos del Servicio (los "Términos") rigen el uso de la aplicación móvil Trox (la "App"), operada por MapAndFilter Inc. ("nosotros" o "nuestro"). Al usar la App, aceptas estos Términos.

Diese Nutzungsbedingungen (die „Bedingungen") regeln die Nutzung der mobilen Anwendung Trox (die „App"), betrieben von der MapAndFilter Inc. („wir", „uns" oder „unser"). Durch die Nutzung der App stimmen Sie diesen Bedingungen zu.
Les présentes Conditions d'Utilisation (les « Conditions ») régissent votre utilisation de l'application mobile Trox (l'« Application »), opérée par MapAndFilter Inc. (« nous » ou « notre »). En utilisant l'Application, vous acceptez ces Conditions.

당사는 사용자에게 본인 소유 또는 관리 중인 기기에서 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 본 앱을 사용할 수 있도록 제한적이고 비독점적이며 양도불가하고 철회 가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
当社は、お客様に対し、お客様が所有または管理する端末上で個人的・非商用目的に本アプリを利用するための、限定的、非独占的、譲渡不可かつ撤回可能なライセンスを付与します。
我们授予您一项有限的、非独占的、不可转让且可撤销的许可,以便您在自有或控制的设备上将本应用用于个人非商业目的。
Te concedemos una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar la App con fines personales y no comerciales en dispositivos de tu propiedad o bajo tu control.
Concedemos a você uma licença limitada, não exclusiva, intransferível e revogável para usar o App para fins pessoais e não comerciais em dispositivos que você possui ou controla.
Wir gewähren Ihnen eine eingeschränkte, nicht ausschließliche, nicht übertragbare und widerrufliche Lizenz zur persönlichen, nicht kommerziellen Nutzung der App auf Geräten, die Sie besitzen oder kontrollieren.
Nous vous accordons une licence limitée, non exclusive, non cessible et révocable d'utiliser l'Application à des fins personnelles et non commerciales, sur des appareils que vous possédez ou contrôlez.

Trox는 운동 루틴 작성, 세트·횟수 기록, 시간에 따른 진행 상황 확인을 돕는 운동 기록 앱입니다. 본 앱은 어떠한 종류의 보증도 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다.
Trox is a workout tracking app that helps you create exercise routines, log your sets and reps, and view progress over time. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Trox は、運動ルーチンの作成、セット・回数の記録、進捗の可視化を支援するワークアウト記録アプリです。本アプリは、いかなる種類の保証も伴わず「現状有姿」で提供されます。
Trox 是一款帮助您创建训练计划、记录组数和次数并查看进度的训练记录应用。本应用按"现状"提供,不附带任何形式的担保。
Trox es una app de registro de entrenamientos que te ayuda a crear rutinas, registrar series y repeticiones y visualizar tu progreso con el tiempo. La App se proporciona "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo.
O Trox é um aplicativo de registro de treinos que ajuda a criar rotinas de exercícios, registrar séries e repetições e visualizar seu progresso ao longo do tempo. O App é fornecido "como está", sem garantias de qualquer tipo.
Trox ist eine Workout-Tracking-App, mit der Sie Trainingsroutinen erstellen, Sätze und Wiederholungen protokollieren und Ihren Fortschritt im Zeitverlauf einsehen können. Die App wird „wie besehen" und ohne jegliche Gewährleistung bereitgestellt.
Trox est une application de suivi d'entraînement qui vous aide à créer des routines, enregistrer vos séries et répétitions et visualiser vos progrès dans le temps. L'Application est fournie « en l'état » sans garantie d'aucune sorte.

본 앱은 정보 제공 및 기록 목적으로만 사용됩니다. 전문 의료·피트니스 자문을 대체하지 않습니다. 새로운 운동 프로그램을 시작하기 전 자격 있는 의료진과 상담하시기 바랍니다. 본 앱 사용으로 인한 부상 또는 건강상의 결과에 대해 당사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
The App is for informational and tracking purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. We are not responsible for any injury or health consequences resulting from your use of the App.
本アプリは情報提供および記録のみを目的としています。医療または専門のフィットネス助言の代わりにはなりません。 新たな運動プログラムを開始する前に、有資格の医療従事者にご相談ください。本アプリの利用に起因する怪我または健康被害について、当社は責任を負いません。

사용자의 운동 데이터(사용자 본인 소유)를 제외한 본 앱 내 모든 콘텐츠(코드, 디자인, 그래픽, 상표 포함)는 Trox 또는 라이선스 제공자의 소유입니다. 본 앱을 복제·수정·배포·리버스 엔지니어링할 수 없습니다.
All content in the App (excluding your workout data, which belongs to you) including code, design, graphics, and trademarks belongs to Trox or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
本アプリ内のすべてのコンテンツ(お客様のワークアウトデータを除く。当該データはお客様に帰属します)、すなわちコード、デザイン、グラフィック、商標等は、MapAndFilter Inc. またはそのライセンサーに帰属します。本アプリの複製、改変、配布、リバースエンジニアリングは禁止されます。
本应用中的所有内容(您的训练数据除外,该数据归您所有),包括代码、设计、图形和商标,均归 MapAndFilter Inc. 或其许可方所有。您不得复制、修改、分发或对本应用进行逆向工程。
Todo el contenido de la App (excepto tus datos de entrenamiento, que te pertenecen), incluidos código, diseño, gráficos y marcas, pertenece a MapAndFilter Inc. o a sus licenciantes. No puedes copiar, modificar, distribuir ni aplicar ingeniería inversa a la App.

Sämtliche Inhalte der App (mit Ausnahme Ihrer Trainingsdaten, die Ihnen gehören) einschließlich Code, Design, Grafiken und Marken sind Eigentum der MapAndFilter Inc. oder ihrer Lizenzgeber. Sie dürfen die App nicht kopieren, ändern, vertreiben oder zurückentwickeln.
Tout le contenu de l'Application (à l'exception de vos données d'entraînement, qui vous appartiennent) incluant le code, le design, les graphismes et les marques, appartient à MapAndFilter Inc. ou à ses concédants. Vous ne pouvez pas copier, modifier, distribuer ou faire de l'ingénierie inverse de l'Application.

본 앱은 광고를 포함합니다. 당사는 개별 광고 콘텐츠를 통제하지 않습니다. 광고 클릭 시 제3자 사이트로 이동하며, 해당 사이트의 약관이 적용됩니다.
The App includes ads. We do not control individual ad content. Clicking an ad takes you to a third-party site governed by that site's terms.
本アプリには広告が含まれます。当社は個々の広告コンテンツを管理しません。広告をクリックすると第三者サイトへ遷移し、当該サイトの規約が適用されます。
本应用包含广告。我们不控制具体的广告内容。点击广告将跳转至受其自身条款约束的第三方网站。
La App incluye anuncios. No controlamos el contenido individual de los anuncios. Al hacer clic en un anuncio accederás a un sitio de terceros regido por sus propios términos.
O App inclui anúncios. Não controlamos o conteúdo individual dos anúncios. Clicar em um anúncio levará você a um site de terceiros, regido pelos termos daquele site.
Die App enthält Werbung. Wir kontrollieren keine einzelnen Werbeinhalte. Das Klicken auf eine Anzeige führt Sie zu einer Drittanbieterseite, die deren eigenen Bedingungen unterliegt.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

당사는 본 약관 위반을 포함하여 어떠한 사유로든 사전 통지 없이 사용자의 본 앱 접근을 일시 중지 또는 종료할 수 있습니다.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
当社は、本規約違反を含む任意の理由により、事前通知なくお客様の本アプリへのアクセスを停止または終了することができます。

Podemos suspender o cancelar tu acceso a la App en cualquier momento, sin previo aviso, por cualquier motivo, incluida la violación de estos Términos.

당사는 본 약관을 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 변경 후 본 앱을 계속 사용하면 새 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
当社は本規約を更新することがあります。変更後も本アプリを継続して利用された場合、新規約に同意したものとみなされます。

Podemos actualizar estos Términos. El uso continuado de la App tras los cambios constituye aceptación de los nuevos Términos.

Wir können diese Bedingungen aktualisieren. Die weitere Nutzung der App nach Änderungen gilt als Zustimmung zu den neuen Bedingungen.

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 의해 규율되며, 법률 충돌 원칙은 적용되지 않습니다.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
