Kaiju Xrash Terms of Service
본 약관은 맵앤필터 주식회사(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 Kaiju Xrash(이하 "게임")의 이용에 적용됩니다. 게임을 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
These terms apply to your use of Kaiju Xrash (the "Game"), a mobile game provided by MapAndFilter Inc. ("we"). By using the Game you agree to these terms.
1. 이용 허락
1. License
회사는 이용자에게 본인이 소유하거나 관리하는 기기에서 개인적, 비상업적 목적으로 게임을 이용할 수 있는 제한적이고 비독점적이며 양도할 수 없고 철회할 수 있는 권리를 드립니다.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
2. 진행 저장
2. Saved progress
게임에는 계정이 없으며, 진행은 게임을 하는 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 지우거나 기기를 바꾸면 진행을 되찾을 수 없습니다.
인앱 결제로 산 탈것은 같은 스토어 계정이라면 설정의 "구매 복원"으로 다시 받을 수 있습니다. 코인과 아이템은 되살릴 수 없습니다.
The Game has no account, and your progress is saved only on the device you play on. If you delete the app or change devices, your progress cannot be recovered.
Vehicles bought in the app can be restored with "Restore Purchases" in Settings using the same store account. Coins and items cannot be restored.
3. 코인, 탈것과 인앱 결제
3. Coins, vehicles and in-app purchases
코인은 게임 안에서만 쓰는 가상 재화입니다. 현금 가치가 없으며, 현금으로 바꾸거나 다른 사람에게 넘길 수 없습니다.
결제는 Google Play 또는 App Store가 처리하며, 결제 취소와 환불은 각 스토어의 환불 정책과 관련 법령(전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 등)에 따릅니다.
청약철회: 구매한 날부터 7일 안에, 코인 묶음은 그 결제로 받은 코인을 쓰지 않았다면(구매한 만큼의 코인이 그대로 남아 있다면), 탈것은 그 탈것으로 한 판도 달리지 않았다면 청약을 철회할 수 있습니다. 쓰거나 달린 뒤에는 디지털 콘텐츠의 제공이 시작된 것으로 보아 청약을 철회할 수 없습니다(같은 법 제17조 제2항 제5호). 이 내용은 구매 전 게임 상점 화면에도 표시합니다.
미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우, 미성년자 본인이나 법정대리인이 그 결제를 취소할 수 있습니다.
결제가 취소되거나 환불되면 그 결제로 받은 코인이나 탈것을 회수할 수 있습니다. 결제했는데 지급되지 않았거나 청약철회에 도움이 필요하면 아래 연락처로 알려 주세요.
Coins are a virtual currency for use in the Game only. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to anyone else.
Payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store. Cancellations and refunds follow that store's refund policy and applicable law (including the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Withdrawal: within 7 days of purchase you may withdraw from a coin pack if you have not spent the coins it gave you (the full amount you bought is still there), and from a vehicle if you have not yet driven it in a run. Once the coins are spent or the vehicle has been driven, supply of the digital content has begun and the purchase can no longer be withdrawn (Article 17(2)(5) of the same Act). This is also shown in the in-game shop before you buy.
If a minor makes a purchase without a legal guardian's consent, the minor or the guardian may cancel it.
If a payment is cancelled or refunded, we may take back the coins or vehicle it granted. If you paid and did not receive your purchase, or need help withdrawing, contact us at the address below.
- App Store에서 구매: Apple(reportaproblem.apple.com)에 요청합니다. App Store 결제는 회사가 직접 환불할 수 없습니다.
- Google Play에서 구매: 구매 후 48시간 안에는 Google Play에서 바로 요청할 수 있고, 그 뒤에는 아래 연락처로 요청하면 회사가 확인한 뒤 처리합니다.
- Bought on the App Store: request it from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). We cannot refund App Store purchases ourselves.
- Bought on Google Play: within 48 hours of purchase you can request it directly on Google Play; after that, contact us at the address below and we will review and process it.
4. 광고

게임에는 배너 광고와 보상형 광고가 있습니다. 보상형 광고는 원할 때만 봅니다. 회사는 개별 광고의 내용을 통제하지 않으며, 광고를 누르면 제3자의 사이트로 이동해 그 사이트의 약관이 적용됩니다.
The Game shows banner ads and rewarded ads. You watch rewarded ads only when you choose to. We do not control the content of individual ads, and tapping one takes you to a third-party site whose own terms apply.
5. 사진 괴물 이벤트(Android)
5. Photo monster event (Android)
이벤트에는 이용자가 직접 찍었거나 쓸 권리가 있는 사진만 써 주세요. 사진은 기기 안에서만 괴물로 바뀌며 회사로 전송되지 않습니다(개인정보 처리방침 2번).
Please use only photos you took yourself or have the right to use. Photos are turned into monsters on your device only and are never sent to us (Privacy Policy, section 2).
6. 금지 행위

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
You must not:
- 게임을 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일, 변조하는 행위
- 변조한 앱이나 비정상적인 방법으로 결제 없이 유료 상품을 얻는 행위
- 버그를 알면서 악용하는 행위
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Game
- Obtain paid content without paying, through a modified app or other abnormal means
- Knowingly exploit bugs
7. 지식재산권
7. Intellectual property
게임의 코드, 디자인, 그래픽, 소리, 상표 등 모든 콘텐츠는 회사 또는 라이선스 제공자의 소유입니다. 회사의 허락 없이 복제, 수정, 배포할 수 없습니다.
게임에 나오는 괴물과 그 이름은 회사가 만든 창작물이며, 다른 회사의 작품이나 상표와 제휴하거나 승인을 받은 것이 아닙니다.
All content of the Game, including its code, design, graphics, sound and trademarks, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without our permission.
The monsters in the Game and their names are original works made by us, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any other company's works or trademarks.
8. 서비스 변경과 종료

회사는 게임의 내용을 바꾸거나 서비스를 종료할 수 있습니다. 서비스를 종료할 때는 최소 30일 전에 게임 안에서 알립니다.
We may change the Game or end the service. If we end the service, we will announce it in the Game at least 30 days in advance.
9. 보증의 부인
9. Disclaimer of warranties
게임은 "있는 그대로" 및 "이용 가능한 상태로" 제공됩니다. 회사는 게임이 중단이나 오류 없이 동작한다는 것을 포함해 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Game will run without interruption or errors.
10. 책임의 제한
10. Limitation of liability
법이 허용하는 범위에서, 회사는 게임 이용으로 생긴 간접적, 부수적, 결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해는 그러하지 않습니다.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, except for damages caused by our intent or gross negligence.
11. 이용 종료
11. Ending your use
이용자는 언제든 앱을 지워 이용을 끝낼 수 있습니다. 앱을 지우면 기기에 저장된 진행도 함께 지워집니다.
You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting the app. Deleting the app also deletes the progress saved on your device.
12. 약관 변경
12. Changes to these terms
회사는 본 약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 바뀐 약관은 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 이 페이지와 게임 안에서 알립니다. 시행 후에도 게임을 계속 이용하면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
We may change these terms. Changes will be announced on this page and in the Game 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavourable to you). If you keep using the Game after they take effect, you agree to the new terms.
13. 준거법과 관할
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
