Fart Xpert Terms of Service
본 약관은 맵앤필터 주식회사(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 Fart Xpert(방구 X퍼트, 이하 "게임")의 이용에 적용됩니다. 게임을 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
These terms apply to your use of Fart Xpert (the "Game"), a mobile game provided by MapAndFilter Inc. ("we"). By using the Game you agree to these terms.
1. 이용 허락

회사는 이용자에게 본인이 소유하거나 관리하는 기기에서 개인적, 비상업적 목적으로 게임을 이용할 수 있는 제한적이고 비독점적이며 양도할 수 없고 철회할 수 있는 권리를 드립니다.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
2. 계정
2. Accounts
게임을 처음 켜면 익명 계정이 자동으로 만들어집니다. 구글 계정이나 Unity 계정을 연결하면 다른 기기에서도 진행을 이어 할 수 있습니다.
계정을 연결하지 않은 상태에서 앱을 지우거나 기기를 바꾸면 진행을 되찾을 수 없습니다. 연결한 계정의 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
An anonymous account is created automatically the first time you open the Game. Linking a Google or Unity account lets you continue your progress on other devices.
If you delete the app or change devices without linking an account, your progress cannot be recovered. You are responsible for the account you link.
3. 닉네임과 순위표
3. Nicknames and the leaderboard
주간 도전 순위표의 닉네임과 기록은 다른 이용자에게 공개됩니다. 아래와 같은 닉네임은 쓸 수 없으며, 회사는 이를 알리지 않고 바꾸거나 지울 수 있습니다.
비정상적인 방법으로 얻은 기록은 순위표에서 지우고 순위 보상을 주지 않을 수 있습니다.
Your nickname and scores on the weekly challenge leaderboard are visible to other players. The nicknames below are not allowed, and we may change or remove them without notice.
Scores obtained by abnormal means may be removed from the leaderboard and excluded from ranking rewards.
- 욕설, 혐오, 음란한 표현
- 다른 사람이나 회사, 운영자를 사칭하는 이름
- 실명, 연락처 등 개인정보
- 광고나 홍보 목적의 이름
- Profanity, hate speech or sexual content
- Names that impersonate another person, a company or the operator
- Real names, contact details or other personal information
- Names used for advertising or promotion
4. 콩과 인앱 결제
4. Beans and in-app purchases
콩은 게임 안에서만 쓰는 가상 재화입니다. 현금 가치가 없으며, 현금으로 바꾸거나 다른 계정에 넘길 수 없습니다.
결제는 Google Play 또는 App Store가 처리하며, 결제 취소와 환불은 각 스토어의 환불 정책과 관련 법령(전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 등)에 따릅니다.
청약철회: 구매한 날부터 7일 안에, 그 결제로 받은 콩을 쓰지 않았다면(구매한 만큼의 콩이 그대로 남아 있다면) 청약을 철회할 수 있습니다. 콩을 쓴 뒤에는 디지털 콘텐츠의 제공이 시작된 것으로 보아 청약을 철회할 수 없습니다(같은 법 제17조 제2항 제5호). 이 내용은 구매 전 게임 상점 화면에도 표시합니다.
미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우, 미성년자 본인이나 법정대리인이 그 결제를 취소할 수 있습니다.
결제가 취소되거나 환불되면 그 결제로 받은 콩을 회수할 수 있습니다. 결제했는데 콩이 들어오지 않았거나 청약철회에 도움이 필요하면 아래 연락처로 알려 주세요.
Beans are a virtual currency for use inside the Game only. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.
Payments are handled by Google Play or the App Store, and cancellations and refunds follow each store's refund policy and applicable law (including the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
Withdrawal: within 7 days of purchase, you can withdraw the purchase if you have not used the beans it gave you (the purchased amount is still in your balance). Once the beans are used, delivery of the digital content has begun and the purchase can no longer be withdrawn (Article 17(2)(5) of that Act). This is also shown in the in-game shop before you buy.
If a minor makes a purchase without a legal guardian's consent, the minor or the guardian may cancel it.
If a payment is cancelled or refunded, we may take back the beans it gave. If you paid and did not receive your beans, or need help withdrawing a purchase, please contact us at the address below.
- App Store에서 구매: Apple(reportaproblem.apple.com)에 요청합니다. App Store 결제는 회사가 직접 환불할 수 없습니다.
- Google Play에서 구매: 구매 후 48시간 안에는 Google Play에서 바로 요청할 수 있고, 그 뒤에는 아래 연락처로 요청하면 회사가 확인한 뒤 처리합니다.
- Bought on the App Store: ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund App Store payments ourselves.
- Bought on Google Play: within 48 hours of purchase you can ask Google Play directly; after that, contact us at the address below and we will review your request.
5. 광고

게임에는 배너 광고와 보상형 광고가 있습니다. 보상형 광고는 원할 때만 봅니다. 회사는 개별 광고의 내용을 통제하지 않으며, 광고를 누르면 제3자의 사이트로 이동해 그 사이트의 약관이 적용됩니다.
The Game shows banner ads and rewarded ads. You watch rewarded ads only when you choose to. We do not control the content of individual ads; tapping an ad takes you to a third-party site whose own terms apply.
6. 금지 행위

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다. 위반하면 기록 삭제나 이용 제한을 받을 수 있습니다.
You must not do any of the following. Breaking these rules may lead to your scores being removed or your use being restricted.
- 핵, 매크로, 봇 등 비정상적인 방법으로 게임을 하거나 기록을 올리는 행위
- 게임을 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일, 변조하는 행위
- 버그를 알면서 악용하는 행위
- 회사의 서버나 다른 이용자에게 피해를 주는 행위
- Playing or posting scores with hacks, macros, bots or other abnormal means
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or modifying the Game
- Knowingly exploiting bugs
- Harming our servers or other players
7. 지식재산권
7. Intellectual property
게임의 코드, 디자인, 그래픽, 소리, 상표 등 모든 콘텐츠는 회사 또는 라이선스 제공자의 소유입니다. 회사의 허락 없이 복제, 수정, 배포할 수 없습니다.
All content in the Game, including code, design, graphics, sound and trademarks, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without our permission.
8. 서비스 변경과 종료
8. Changes to and end of the service
회사는 게임의 내용을 바꾸거나 서비스를 종료할 수 있습니다. 서비스를 종료할 때는 최소 30일 전에 게임 안에서 알립니다.
We may change the Game or end the service. If we end the service, we will announce it in the Game at least 30 days in advance.
9. 보증의 부인
9. Disclaimer of warranties
게임은 "있는 그대로" 및 "이용 가능한 상태로" 제공됩니다. 회사는 게임이 중단이나 오류 없이 동작한다는 것을 포함해 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Game will run without interruption or errors.
10. 책임의 제한
10. Limitation of liability
법이 허용하는 범위에서, 회사는 게임 이용으로 생긴 간접적, 부수적, 결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해는 그러하지 않습니다.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. This does not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.
11. 이용 제한과 해지
11. Restriction and termination
회사는 본 약관을 위반한 이용자의 게임 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 언제든 게임 안에서 계정을 삭제해 이용을 끝낼 수 있습니다(개인정보 처리방침 8번).
We may restrict the use of the Game by anyone who breaks these terms. You can stop using the Game at any time by deleting your account in the Game (Privacy Policy, section 8).
12. 약관 변경
12. Changes to these terms
회사는 본 약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 바뀐 약관은 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 이 페이지와 게임 안에서 알립니다. 시행 후에도 게임을 계속 이용하면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
We may change these terms. We will announce changes on this page and in the Game 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are unfavourable to you). If you keep using the Game after that, you agree to the new terms.
13. 준거법과 관할
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be settled by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
